A quaint hidden gem in the RM/PS/PD area. My favorites are the chicken piccata and all of their soups! Sandwiches are also a good option. This is the best Italian restaurant we've found anywhere near us - we live in the SG Pass area and drive out to this area frequently. Stopping for lunch or dinner here is always a treat!

Ordered a vegetarian pizza with added pepperoni and got a double pepperoni pizza instead! no vegetables at all....so sad bcuz we love the vegetarian pizza. I wonder if the people who got our vegetarian pizza instead of their pepperoni was as disappointed as we were. Also ordered the Clams abd Linguine and husband said it was fantastic!

Norma's is traditional Italian. We have ordered several times mussels which are great I prefer wi5 out pasta. We ordered the seafood fruit Delmar which is full of fish. And seafood. Service was excellent. I ordered the Cioppino which had good flavor but rather than a light dish which was how it was served two years ago on special. This new item on the menu is a seafood with pasta in a thick sauce. The salmon was fried vs steamed in soup. Portions are large if you split there is a 3.50 charge. Bread is served with the meal. Wines are reasonable. The menu is new with some great changes. I have been coming here for 4 years each time I am in the desert.

We have eaten in the restaurant many times. The food and service are outstanding. Tonight, at the suggestion of friends we ordered a pizza to go. WOW. Great crust, quality toppings, and of course Norma's amazing sauce. We will definitely make this our Friday night go to Thank you for another great meal

The white pizza is amazing! We normally order for takeout because it's close by and delicious. Inside is a small and they are usually pretty busy so the service can be slow.

Service is always great here, the waiters and host are always so kind and attentive. The food is good, you can definitely find better but it helps satisfy your craving for Italian food. The best thing is the pizza. It tastes fresh and comes out very hot. It's delicious and a must try. The pasta with marinara was okay, the pasta was overcooked. Overall, I would come back just for the pizza and great service. The place is small so be prepared to wait a bit when it's busy.

A group of four of us had a great dinner at Norma's! We started by sharing a large Caesar Salad which was delicious with a nice coating of tasty dressing. The accompanying anchovies were tasty as well. We shared a garlic bread. I had the Chicken Piccata which was served with spaghetti and fresh vegetables. The spaghetti was perfectly prepared and the chicken was one of the tastiest I've had with tiny capers which I prefer to the large ones. The vegetables were fresh, colorful and crisp. My dining companions had ravioli in marinara, a pesto pizza and spaghetti and meatballs in a pink sauce. The all enjoyed their entrees. I look forward to returning here in the future.

We were on vacation and decided to come to Norma's on 1/16. The restaurant is located right off Bob Hope Dr in the Hobby Lobby shopping center. We arrived about 5pm and were quickly seated inside. Note- if you get here 515 or later be prepared to wait or sit outside. They seem to have alot of regulars here because the friendly staff appeared to recognize and know many of the patrons. We shared a small sized antipasta salad which was generously portioned and a great way to start our meal. Hubby had their lasagna- also a delicious pick while I had their half spaghetti half mushroom ravioli pasta also very good. We each added a small soup to our meal- he had the Mushroom and I had the Italian meatball- both very good and we would order again. Thank you Norma's for a wonderful dinner!

An unassuming establishment with great food, decent prices, and attentive service. Where else can you find a lunch special for $14.95 that came with soup or salad, drink, and a pasta entree? We got that plus mussels with linguini in white broth. As you can see from my picture, they were generous with the mussels complimented with perfectly cooked linguini. The lasagne that came with the special was also tasty. After being so happy with the entrees, we couldn't say no to dessert so we indulged in both the tiramisu and lemoncello parfait. I recommend the tiramisu hands down. The latter although cold and refreshing was simply frozen lemoncello mixture with whipped cream. Service was friendly and attentive. We will definitely return to Norma's on our next visit to Palm Desert. Highly recommended!
